If I see a crew member in a bad condition, I will inform ATC and return to departure airport

Diversion or returning to the airport of departure should be the evaluated because it can break flight schedules. If the cabin crew can manage with their responsibilities, we will continue the flight and call ambulance on arrival. Also we can make announcement about the doctor on board who can help a sick flight attendant.
